• Deposited funds must come from your own account only — using a third party's account is prohibited.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours (generally).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method from which the deposit was made.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If account verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or put on hold.
• Withdrawals may be delayed due to bank holidays or technical issues — this will be considered within acceptable limits.

Welcome Bonus

gb9999 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming the bonus:

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• The bonus amount and the actual deposit amount are combined to form the total balance. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, total balance ৳3,000.
• Or deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, total balance ৳11,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement 25x).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.

General Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotions and bonus offers:

• While one bonus is active, no other bonus will apply at the same time, unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they are non-transferable.
• If misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of any bonus offer is detected, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited.
• gb9999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier benefits may change at gb9999's discretion. Cashback is generally provided every week and specific terms apply.

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities
